What we store
Your account email, your assistant's settings, the notes and meeting summaries you write, the conversations people have with your AI, chat messages and media you send in the messenger, and recordings of calls made through the app.
Who can see it
Only you. Callers and chat partners see only their own conversations with your AI, and only if you approved them by email or are in a chat with you. Call recordings are private to each conversation's participants.
AI processing
Your AI reads your notes and, if you switch on learning for a chat, your message history with that person, to answer in your voice. Chats where learning is off are not used this way. Conversations and voice notes may be transcribed by our AI providers to make this possible.
Your controls
You can turn your AI off globally or per chat, delete notes and messages, and request deletion of your account and its data by contacting support.
